FIVB Outreach Programme of Anti-doping starts in Katowice

 

Korean coach Park Kiwon participated in the outreach Andi-doping Programme in Katowice on Saturday

 Katowice, Poland, September 6, 2014- The World Volleyball governing body "FIVB" along with the World Anti-doping Agency "WADA" and National Anti-doping Organization in Poland "PANDA" started on Saturday a Medical Outreach Programme in Katowice, Poland during the 2014 FIVB Men's World championship in an aim to train participants on matters related to anti-doping.

 The programme is conducted by FIVB medical Delegate Dr Bernard Nau, representing the FIVB Medical Commission, for two days in order to bring the information about the doping materials to players, medical doctors and technical staff, team managers and coaches 

 Dr Nau showed them the last list for the prohibited materials and methods to avoid. There'll be also quizzes and prizes to be won. Dr Bernard Nau will be available to answer questions, give guidance and educate participants.
