Lisinac: We did not play our best game

How would you sum up this match?
Srećko Lisinac: "We did not play our best game. We lost one set but three points are the most important. Because of the way we played the third set, we knew that we needed to change something to stop the Australians. The last set was great and I think we should play like we did in the forth set all the time to be amongst the best teams of the World Championship."

Serbia is doing well during this tournament but are there any elements you want to improve?
Srećko Lisinac: "We must work on our serve. In the last few matches it was our worst element. We are also making too many mistakes. Our opponents' reception of our serves is almost perfect, so we cannot play like that because we will not go far in the World Championship."

Marko Podraščanin said he does not like that longer break after the second set. Did it throw you off balance in the third set?
Srećko Lisinac: "It is hard to say. Sometimes it is good, because you can change something when you are losing 0-2, but sometimes it is the other way round. Good teams just need to focus at that moment."

Are you into other matches of this championship?
Srećko Lisinac: "Yes, I watch all the other matches when I cannot sleep at night."

Are Iran the biggest surprise for now?
Srećko Lisinac: "We can say so. I did not suspect that they would beat Italy. However, we were aware that they are a good team. They have great players and a great coach as well. France is also a surprise for me."
