Krzysztof Ignaczak (born May 15, 1978 in Wałbrzych) is a Polish men's volleyball player, member of the national Polish team playing on the libero position. He won gold medal at the European Championship 2009 and World League 2012. Currently, he plays in Polish club Asseco Resovia Rzeszów. Krzysztof Ignaczak was born in Wałbrzych, Poland. He is married to Iwona. They have two children: a son, Sebastian, and a daughter, Dominika He is a five-time Polish champion He won the Polish Cup three times. “Igła” – as he has been nick-named, was in the Polish squad when the Polish national team won the gold medal of European Championship 2009. In 2011 the gained three medals with Polish team - silver of the World Cup, bronze at European Championship and bronze at World League, where he was also awarded an individual prize for Best Libero. In 2012, he won a gold medal at World League 2012 and was the participant of the Olympic Games in London.
