A great example that the hard work always pays off and that the player should never give up. After winning the Championchip title with VC “Crvena Zvezda” from Belgrade, Neven moved to VC “Jedinstvo” from Stara Pazova, where he played in the First Division and subsequently won the promotion back to the Wiener Stadtische Superleague of Serbia.

In Crvena Zvezda he played as a libero, but in Jedinstvo he was a receiver. The last season he spent in VC “Partizan Vizura”, where Serbia’s coach Kolaković spotted him and decided to give him the chance to further improve joining the national team. In the national team of Serbia Majstorović will be transferred back to his original position of libero.
