 Libero. Start volleyball training in 1993 during his study in primary school. Joined the junior team of Shanghai Club (the best club team in the National League that won the title for 10 times in the League's history) in 2004 and then the senior team of the same club in 2004. Selected into the national senior team in 2006, helped the team with a silver medal in the Asian Games the same year. The starting libero of the national team which got the 5th place in the Beijing Olympic Games 2008, 2nd and 3rd in Asian Championship 2011&2013, Asian Cup's title in 2012.
